Rental Rates and Fees:

At A to Z, the rental rate we quote is the rate you pay. We don’t "nickel and dime" you with unexpected charges or hidden fees such as "Damage Waiver" Insurance.

We sell time. We charge for all time out including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Equipment is rented by the day, week, or 4 week period. Some equipment can be rented for a 4-hour rental minimum. One day’s rent is up to a 24 hour period. Example -- If you rent equipment for a one-day period at 10 a.m. one day, then it is due for return by 10 a.m. the next day. If you rent the equipment for a week on Monday at noon, it is due to be returned before the next Monday at noon. The rental rate for metered equipment includes 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, or 160 hours/4 weeks. Use over these hours is allowed but will be billed by the additional hours.

Special Weekend Rental Rates:

Equipment rented any time on Saturday can be returned by 9:00 a.m. on Monday for a 1-day charge. Equipment rented after Noon on Friday can be returned by 9:00 a.m. on Monday for a 2-day charge. If equipment is returned after 9:00 a.m. on Monday, full rental charges will apply. The rental rate for metered equipment includes 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, or 160 hours/4 weeks. Use over these hours is allowed but will be billed by the additional hours.

Special Overnight Rental Rates:

Equipment rented after 4 p.m., Monday through Friday (the overnight rate is not available on Saturdays) can be returned within the first hour of business the next day for a 4-hour charge. This rate is restricted to equipment for which a 4-hour rental rate is available.
