Payment and Charges - Renting Equipment - All Types:

Rental charges are collected in advance when you pick-up or have equipment delivered to you. We accept all major credit cards.

Our Policies for paying for a rental in cash are:

1. A rental can be paid with cash at the time of the rental if the customer is willing to leave the replacement value of the equipment in cash.

2. At the time of the rental return we can accept cash for the amount of the rental, any other charges, and tax. When the cash payment is applied, the credit card used initially will be credited. (DEBIT CARD reminder - credits can take up to 10 days to show up in your account...it depends on the bank. A CREDIT CARD will be charged and credited without affecting your bank account.)

For your protection and ours, we require new customers to be present for the rental (or you can set up a reservation in person for a future rental). You must bring valid identification and a credit card (preferably not a debit card) that is in your name to rent equipment with our company.

A rental deposit, as well as the expected rental charges plus tax, is required in advance of the rental for new customers until a relationship has been established with us. The deposit amount depends on the equipment being rented. The deposit is typically taken by running a charge on your credit card. When the equipment is returned on time and free of damage the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card. (A debit card used for a deposit does not immediately release the funds, some banks take up to 10 days to release them.) Once we have an established relationship with a good payment history we will collect the expected rental charges and tax in advance, but will not require an additional deposit.

Replacement cost or repair charges will be assessed to you for any lost, broken, stolen, or damaged equipment. Cleaning charges may be assessed for unusually dirty returned equipment.
